RE: Converter problem?
I vote for bad converter. I just replaced my WFCO 9875 under warranty. It did not have any output voltage with batteries disconnect, and fan was never running, so it was a little easier to be sure that it was dead.
Installed new one, plugged it in, and lights (and furnace) came on with batteries still disconnected. Ahh, success !!!

RE: Deals Gap - Dragon RV camping
I've been across it on a motorcycle but haven't camped there. Went across from TN to NC on Dragon's Tail and back across Cherahola (sp?) Skyway. Beautiful area.
Not sure of your intention, but I would not suggest pulling a trailer through Dragon's Tail, unless it is really short and narrow, but the Skyway wouldn't be bad if you have enough torque and braking.

one for front entry door
one for rear entry door
one for pad locks on ramp door (toy hauler)
one for sliding door between garage and living space
one for storage compartments
Then I still have fw hitch lock and king pin lock.
I feel like a high school janitor.

I'd suggest making sure the one you get pivots in all four direction (front, back, left, right) and moves up/down for height adjustment. Reese Signature series does, but not all Reese do.

My opinion of the "no discounts" is that they don't need to honor discounts to fill the place up from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
I asked about renting a golf cart the other day at Drummer Boy - $58 for 24 hours. I didn't want to buy it, just rent it...

I don't think you have the payload capacity to haul a Jeep. Check your CCC and compare to the weight of the Jeep.

I was there snooping this past Saturday (May 3), and no one was working. I agree with Ron44, it is possible they'll be open for Memorial Day, but doesn't look real likely, especially if they are not working on Saturdays when the weather is good. It looks to be a very nice place once they're done.

They keep rain from coming in through an open vent. Hence, no concerns over having them lift up while you cruise down the road.
